Dates for the fourteenth edition of Fragadelphia have been announced, with the organizers revealing that the event will also act as the Grand Finals for the 2019 National Championship Series circuit.
After Fragadelphia 13's September venture to Huntington Beach, California, the event is slated to return to its roots in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, from December 13-15. The tournament will accommodate up to 64 teams, and will utilize Nerd Street Gamers' NCS leaderboard to help determine seeding based on points accumulated throughout the year.
HLTV.org knows that details regarding an online event to give teams the chance to win free event entry and travel support are currently being finalized. The tournament itself will be open entry, with signups opening up on October 11 on the Fragadelphia 14 tournament page.

New Identity won the previous online event to earn travel support to Fragadelphia 13, where they fought their way to the grand finals before falling to Jason "neptune" Tran's J Money Crew mix, who took home the lion's share of the $27,500 prize pool.
Last year's NCS Grand Finals event, the NSG Eastern Conference Championship, also saw neptune claim victory alongside Matthew "WARDELL" Yu under the Drip or Drown tag, defeating FURIA in the grand finals.
